  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and pat dry. In a bowl, toss with flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken in a single layer. Cook for about 3 minutes until golden; flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add remaining butter, garlic, and parsley to the skillet. Cook until garlic is fragrant and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
