Ingredients
- 1 ounce red gelatin (e.g., JELL-O Strawberry)
- 1/2 cup warm water (for red layer)
- 1 ounce blue gelatin (e.g., JELL-O Berry Blue)
- 1/2 cup warm water (for blue layer)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 4-inch lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Spray an 8.5 x 11 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- For the red layer, mix red gelatin with warm water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1.5 minutes until dissolved, then stir in 1.5 cups marshmallows until coated. Microwave again for about 1 minute, then whisk until smooth. Cool slightly before pouring into the baking dish.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Repeat the process for the blue layer using blue gelatin and remaining marshmallows, then pour over the set red layer. Chill until fully firm.
