  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pat pickle chips dry with paper towels to remove moisture.
  2. Set up three bowls: whisk eggs in one, add flour in another, and mix breadcrumbs with paprika, salt, and pepper in the last.
  3. Preheat air fryer and spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Dip each pickle chip in flour, then egg, followed by breadcrumbs before placing them in the air fryer.
  5. Spray coated pickles with non-stick spray and cook at 400°F for 5-6 minutes; flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until crispy.
