- 1/2 cup Tamari sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 pound asparagus (trimmed)
- 3 bell peppers (sliced)
- Balsamic vinegar, beef broth, unsalted butter (for sauce)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Marinate in Tamari sauce and crushed garlic in a zip-top bag for at least 1 hour.
- Once marinated, roll each steak piece around equal portions of asparagus and bell peppers; secure with toothpicks.
