  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (add more as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup Sriracha (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water (if using) while preparing ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken with olive oil and spices. Toss until well-coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
  4. Thread seasoned chicken onto skewers and brush with a portion of the sauce.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until cooked through (165°F internal temp).
  6. Serve with reserved sauce.
