Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 medium head of broccoli
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (divided)
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder (or chili powder)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes and onion. Toss them on a lined sheet pan with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and chipotle powder. Bake for 20 minutes.
