Ingredients

- 150g (10 tbsp) unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary and thyme
- 1.5 cups beef broth
- 2.5 cups dry red wine
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 135°C (275°F).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Generously rub the herb butter over the roast and place it on a bed of quartered onion and halved garlic in a roasting pan.
- Pour beef broth and wine around the meat, then insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part.
