Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup cookie butter spread (Biscoff)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1¼ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
- Biscoff cookies for topping
- 2 Tablespoons cookie butter spread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9” x 9” square pan lined with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and mix with cookie butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl until combined.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and fold in white chocolate chips gently.
- Spread batter into the prepared pan, top with broken Biscoff cookies, and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Allow cooling before drizzling additional melted cookie butter on top and cutting into squares.
