  • 12 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1 lb. Farfalle pasta
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together milk, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning in a large measurement cup; refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Cook the Farfalle pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool on a tray with olive oil.
  3. Fry bacon strips in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels and chop.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with half the ranch dressing; toss well.
  5. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bacon pieces, BBQ sauce, and remaining dressing; mix gently.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for up to three hours.
