- 12 strips thick-cut bacon
- 1 lb. Farfalle pasta
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together milk, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning in a large measurement cup; refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cook the Farfalle pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool on a tray with olive oil.
- Fry bacon strips in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels and chop.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with half the ranch dressing; toss well.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bacon pieces, BBQ sauce, and remaining dressing; mix gently.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to three hours.
