Ingredients
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 medium onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 Scotch bonnet pepper
- 1½ cups long-grain white rice
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
