- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup pork rind crumbs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, pork, egg, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
