Ingredients
- 12 slider rolls
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
- ⅔ cup basil pesto
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Slice slider rolls horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms intact, and place the bottoms in the pan.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley in a bowl.
- Spread half of the pesto over the rolls’ bottoms; layer with chicken and cheese. Spread remaining pesto on the tops.
- Brush garlic butter over the tops and season with salt and pepper.
