  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
