- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken breast
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves (optional)
- Asian salad dressing (see recipe)
- Crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, slivered almonds, and wonton strips for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and half the Asian dressing. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Add the romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl. Toss until well mixed.
- Pour the remaining dressing over the salad mixture and toss again.
- Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, slivered almonds, and crispy wonton strips before serving.
