Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar (for cinnamon sugar mixture)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (for cinnamon sugar mixture)
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened (for filling)
- 1/2 cup sugar (for filling)
- 1 egg (for filling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (for filling)
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls (for dough layers)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon for the topping.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the bottom.
