- 180 ml egg whites
- 80 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon granular sweetener (erythritol)
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, maple syrup or honey, egg, and egg whites. Whisk until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the pan and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 1–2 minutes until edges lift easily; flip and cook for another minute.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with sweetener and cinnamon. Add milk if needed for consistency.
