Ingredients
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 15 oz can black beans
- 30 oz kidney beans
- 60 oz diced tomatoes (two types)
- 30 oz tomato sauce
- Spices: cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Add diced onion; sauté for another 4-5 minutes until tender. Stir in minced garlic and spices for 30 seconds.
