- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package directions until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
