  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt half of the butter and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add remaining butter and garlic; sauté for about 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth, thyme, parsley, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), and lemon juice; simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
