Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foaming.
  2. Add diced chicken, cooking for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in white wine, allowing it to evaporate for 1–2 minutes before adding Italian seasoning and chicken stock. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Mix in cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
  6. Add gnocchi and spinach; cover and cook for 3–5 minutes until gnocchi is soft and spinach is wilted.
