  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; simmer until thickened (2-3 minutes).
  5. Combine cooked chicken and rigatoni into the sauce; toss gently to coat.
