  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
  4. Mix ranch seasoning with water in a bowl; drizzle over sliced chicken and toss to coat.
  5. On a tortilla, spread mayo-sour cream mixture, then layer ranch chicken, cheeses, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  6. Roll up the tortilla tightly, seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (2-3 minutes each side).
