  • 1 Cup Catalina Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 Cup Peach Preserves
  • 1 Packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp Cold Water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Catalina dressing, peach preserves, dry onion soup mix, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a 6-quart crock pot and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Mix cornstarch with cold water until smooth; add to the crock pot during the last 30 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  5. Serve over rice or your favorite side dish and enjoy!
