Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by dicing potatoes and onions and cubing the steak.
- In the crockpot, layer diced potatoes on the bottom followed by half of the steak cubes and some onions. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over layers; season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours or high for about 4 hours.
- About 15 minutes before serving, remove the lid and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Cover again until melted.
