  • 3 packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (frozen)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In your crockpot, combine 3 cups of chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours until heated through.
  3. About 30 minutes before it's done, warm the cream cheese with the remaining chicken broth until smooth; whisk well.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot, stir to combine, and sprinkle additional cheddar on top. Cook on low for another 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, optionally garnished with sliced green onions.
