- 3 packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (frozen)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In your crockpot, combine 3 cups of chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours until heated through.
- About 30 minutes before it's done, warm the cream cheese with the remaining chicken broth until smooth; whisk well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot, stir to combine, and sprinkle additional cheddar on top. Cook on low for another 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with sliced green onions.
