Ingredients

  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Easter pastel M&M's
  • Easter sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together quick oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1½ cups of the mixture for topping; press the remainder firmly into the prepared pan as the base layer.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until smooth and melted; pour over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle reserved crumble mixture on top and add M&M's and sprinkles if desired. Gently press them into the filling.
  6. Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges pull away from the pan; let cool before cutting.
