Easy Saucy Ramen Noodles are the perfect solution for a quick, flavorful meal that anyone can customize.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 servings dry instant ramen noodles (about 140g)
  • 10 oz extra firm tofu or vegetables/mushrooms of choice
  • 1 cup water or vegetable broth
  • 57 tbsp soy sauce
  • 23 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix sauce ingredients (water/broth, soy sauce, corn starch, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic) until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles for 2-3 minutes less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then sauté your choice of tofu or vegetables until cooked.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with sautéed ingredients and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add noodles to the pan and stir to coat them in the sauce; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with scallions and sesame seeds if desired.
