- 1 Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ tablespoon creamed horseradish
- 1 baguette (sliced into 1/2”-thick slices)
- Olive oil
- Balsamic glaze
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steak with kosher salt. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the steak for about 4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing thinly.
