  • Kosher salt
  • 1 Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ tablespoon creamed horseradish
  • 1 baguette (sliced into 1/2”-thick slices)
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steak with kosher salt. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the steak for about 4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing thinly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, water, and creamed horseradish until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and toast for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
