  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 910 Oreo cookies, cut into small pieces
  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate (for ganache)
  • Extra crushed Oreos (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by lining the bottom with foil.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, eggs (one at a time), vanilla extract, and heavy cream until combined.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and sprinkle with chopped Oreos. Bake for about 70 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool in the oven for an hour before refrigerating for at least 8 hours.
  6. For the ganache, heat heavy cream and stir over chopped chocolate until smooth. Drizzle over chilled cheesecake.
