Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat softened butter and sugar until creamy; add egg and vanilla.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined. Chill dough for 20 minutes.
  5. Press dough into a greased pizza pan and bake for 17-19 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.
  6. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; mix in confectioners’ sugar and vanilla.
  7. Spread frosting over the cooled crust and top generously with fresh fruit slices.
