  • 1 ¼ lb sirloin steak
  • ¼ cup ghee or butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried oregano
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat; add olive oil and 2 tablespoons of ghee.
