  • 1 pound beef top sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 pound large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Bell peppers (green, red, yellow) cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • Onions (cut into quarters)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
  2. Divide marinade between two resealable plastic bags; add steak and shrimp to one, vegetables to the other. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Drain marinade from both bags.
  4. Thread steak cubes, shrimp, and vegetables onto skewers.
  5. Grill kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
