Ingredients
- 1 pound beef top sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 pound large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- Bell peppers (green, red, yellow) cut into 1-inch pieces
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh mushrooms
- Onions (cut into quarters)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
