- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

- 1/4 cup water
- 4 green onions (sliced)
Instructions

- Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- After draining excess fat from the beef, stir in brown sugar, beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Whisk cornstarch with water in a small bowl to create a slurry; add to the skillet and simmer until thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
