Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup fat-free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup protein powder (Vanilla Salted Caramel recommended)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 keto graham crackers
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- Fresh fruit for topping
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, fat-free cream cheese, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Crush keto graham crackers in the blender and mix with melted butter until combined.
