Ingredients
- 1 Honeycrisp apple
- 1 large bunch broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mason jar or small bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar or honey until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste; refrigerate.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped Honeycrisp apple, broccoli florets, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds; toss well.
- Pour dressing over the salad mixture; toss gently to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes before serving.
- Just before serving, sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
