  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/3 cup banana peppers
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 lb salami
  • 1/4 lb pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb turkey
  • 1/4 lb provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Dressing: mayonnaise
  • red wine vinegar
  • banana pepper juice
  • garlic powder
  • dried oregano
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the iceberg lettuce, red onion, banana peppers, and grape tomatoes. Add to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Chop salami, pepperoni, turkey, provolone cheese, and add to the bowl with vegetables.
  3. In a small bowl or jar, mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad mixture and toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
