- 250 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g Milk chocolate
- 200 g Butter
- 150 g Golden syrup
- 100 g Malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken)
- 75 g Mini marshmallows
- 200 g Maltesers
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate until combined. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, mini marshmallows, and Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir until coated.
- Transfer to the lined tin and smooth down evenly; pour remaining chocolate on top.
- Add extra Maltesers on top for decoration.
- Chill in the fridge overnight or for at least 3-4 hours until set.
- Slice into pieces and enjoy!
