Ingredients
- 6 ripe yellow mangoes
- 3 cups heavy cream, chilled
- 1/2 can (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 64 Biscoff cookies (or graham crackers)
Instructions
- Peel and chop 4 mangoes into small cubes; thinly slice 2 for decoration.
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until it thickens but isn't at peak stage.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
- In a baking pan, layer Biscoff cookies, followed by one-third of the whipped cream and chopped mangoes. Repeat the layers twice more.
- Top with remaining cookies and whipped cream, decorating with mango slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
