  • 6 ripe yellow mangoes
  • 3 cups heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/2 can (7 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 64 Biscoff cookies (or graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop 4 mangoes into small cubes; thinly slice 2 for decoration.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until it thickens but isn't at peak stage.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a baking pan, layer Biscoff cookies, followed by one-third of the whipped cream and chopped mangoes. Repeat the layers twice more.
  5. Top with remaining cookies and whipped cream, decorating with mango slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Slice into squares the next day and serve.
