  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 cooked cocktail meatballs
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/41/2 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut small circles into the center of each Hawaiian roll without cutting through.
  3. Use your fingers or the bottom of a small glass to create space in each roll.
  4. Brush garlic butter on the tops and insides of the rolls; bake for about 4 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Add tomato sauce and a piece of mozzarella into each roll.
  6. Top with warmed meatballs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Finish with more mozzarella on top and return to the oven for about 5 minutes until melted.
