  • 1½ tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. To make the crust, mix crushed graham crackers and sugar; stir in melted butter. Press into muffin cups and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. For the filling, blend cream cheese and sugar mixture until smooth. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
  4. Pour filling into crusts and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 18-23 minutes until centers jiggle slightly. Cool in pan for an hour before chilling in the fridge for at least two hours.
