Ingredients
- ½ green cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ⅔ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 16oz spaghetti (or preferred noodle)
- 3 ½ cups water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté shredded cabbage and carrots for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, ground mustard, ground ginger, and garlic powder to the pot. Mix well.
- Add spaghetti and pour in water. Cook uncovered for 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Remove from heat and toss in sesame seeds before serving.
