  • 2 large eggs
  • Oil for frying

  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1½ tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • Whole dry chili pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in water, baking soda, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
