  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skin removed
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fish stock or water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
