- 3½ cups all-purpose flour

- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–4 tbsp milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, egg, red food coloring, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients and gradually add remaining flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in an oiled bowl and cover to rise for about 1 hour.
- Prepare filling by mixing softened butter with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out risen dough into a rectangle and spread filling evenly; roll tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
- Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish, cover again, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, make frosting by beating cream cheese and butter; add powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
