- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then cut each head in half lengthwise.
- Slice each half into 1 ½-inch thick steaks (aim for 4 to 8 pieces total).
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of each steak and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional 10 minutes. Flip the steaks and roast until golden brown (about 6 to 8 more minutes).
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
