- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles

Instructions
- In a large Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté for about 8 minutes until softened.
- Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken and chicken broth; season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 6 minutes.
- Add uncooked egg noodles and continue to simmer on medium-low for another 6 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving warm.
