  • 1/2 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon: Whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices in a large bowl. Add salmon filets, cover, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare mango salsa: Dice avocado and mango; chop bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeño, and red onion. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl with lime juice and salt.
