  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cans (10.75 oz each) tomato soup
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) water
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, then add diced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper; stir until combined.
  3. Spread drained sauerkraut in the baking dish, sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. Layer cooked egg noodles over the sauerkraut followed by the beef mixture.
  5. In a bowl, mix tomato soup with water and pour over layered ingredients.
