Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 packages (8-ounce each) refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly (about 10 minutes). Drain excess grease and let cool.
  2. Unroll one package of crescent rolls on wax paper; pinch seams to create a seamless sheet. Spread half of the cream cheese over the dough.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cooked sausage and half of the cheddar cheese on top, then roll tightly into a log using wax paper for assistance. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Repeat with remaining ingredients for a second log.
  5. Chill both logs in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until firm.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice logs into ½-inch thick pinwheels and place on a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
