  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (per bowl)

Instructions

  1. Toss the shrimp with olive oil and seasonings; grill for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque.
  2. Mix diced mango, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the salsa.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for the lime-chili sauce.
  4. Assemble bowls by layering rice as the base topped with grilled shrimp, avocado slices, mango salsa, and drizzle with lime-chili sauce.
